Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fabric Fuze, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality, custom-made clothing. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, all items are uniquely produced for you upon order. As such, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns or exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. Each product is made specifically for you, which means we cannot restock or resell items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free reprint or a refund. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Contact us at [insert contact info] using the “Submit Issue” form.
  2. Provide a clear photo showing the issue with the product.
  3. If multiple products with the same design are affected, please include a photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame.

Refunds

Refunds for defective or damaged items will be issued to your original payment method. However, if you initially paid in a currency other than USD, the refund will be processed in your local currency, subject to exchange rates.

Tolerance for Print Placement

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations within this tolerance range are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address or other customer error, you have two options:

  1. Reprint: Request a reprint at an additional charge.
  2. Partial Refund: Request a partial refund of your order.
